Commencing in 1976 with the arrival of Eduardo, a recently graduated forest engineer, and Jean, having left her native Scotland to build a new life, this family-run business has been providing accommodation for over thirty years in the Patagonian region. Through the course of 40 years and a life-time of work and dedication, La Yoica has been carefully and lovingly labored with the utmost care and respect for its natural surroundings.

As from 2025 La Yoica will be introducing the provision of an all-inclusive holiday experience and retreat for the appreciation of both international and national tourists.
